Access

All areas of the cinema are accessible to customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users.  Our auditorium has spaces for 12 wheelchairs.  Please let us know when booking - either by email info@saffronscreen.com or telephone 01799 500238

The Box Office and Refreshments are at accessible levels for transactions.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED PATRONS

Guide dogs are welcome.  If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat - info@saffronscreen.com, telephone 01799 500238.   Alternatively, your dog can be cared for by a member of staff for the duration of the performance.  Our staff will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog.  Please give us 24 hours notice if possible.

Large print film programmes are available on request.

HEARING-IMPAIRED PATRONS

There is an induction loop in the cinema.  The best seats for picking up sound through the hearing loop are the outside seats towards the back of the auditorium.

CARERS CARD

If you are in receipt of the disability living allowance or attendance allowance or are registered blind, you are entitled to a free cinema ticket for the carer accompanying you.   You just need to apply for a Cinema Exhibitors’ Association Card (either collect a form from the cinema or go to www.ceacard.co.uk) and show it when you come to the cinema.

DISABLED PARKING

There are places in the main car park.

TOILETS

A fully accessible adapted toilet is located in the same corridor as the other toilets.
