Saffron Screen makes every effort to support other local organisations and reduce our carbon emissions and minimise our impact on the environment.

| Saffron Screen is committed to using film to entertain and educate, as well as making the cinema a place for all the community. To this end, we host discussion events and question & answer sessions with directors, film-makers, producers, actors and many others on a regular basis. From time to time we schedule film appreciation courses, film-making courses and other educational events such as our 90-second film competition and the Young People's Film Festival.

| Tickets for films and events can be purchased online from the Full Diary, at the cinema box office which opens 30 mins before a screening, or at the Saffron Walden Tourist Information Centre.
