LIMITED MOBILITY

Our auditorium has spaces for 12 wheelchairs.  The cinema box office and the refreshments table are at accessible levels for transactions.  There are no steps from the car park through to the auditorium and a fully accessible adapted toilet is located in the same corridor as the other toilets.  The main car park has disabled parking spaces.  If you want to reserve a wheelchair space or a particular seat in the cinema, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. VISUALLY IMPAIRED

An audio description facility is available for most of the digitally projected films.  Audio description (AD) works through a special headset, giving people with visual impairments additional commentary on the film in between the actors' dialogue.  This facility does not interrupt the sound or cinematic experience for the rest of the audience.  Audio described films are marked in the Full Diary.  Ten AD headsets are available for use within the cinema.  Please reserve a headset in advance by emailing: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat by emailing:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  or telephone 01799 500238. Alternatively, your dog can be cared for by a member of staff for the duration of the performance. Our staff will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog. Please give us 24 hours notice if possible.  

HEARING IMPAIRED

Subtitled English and foreign language films are regularly scheduled.  These screenings are marked next to each film in the Full Diary.  To receive the latest Subtitled film listings, please email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. There is also an induction loop in the cinema. The best seats for picking up sound through the hearing loop are the outside seats towards the back of the auditorium.

CARERS CARD

If you are in receipt of the disability living allowance or attendance allowance or are registered blind, you are entitled to a free cinema ticket for the carer accompanying you.   You just need to apply for a Cinema Exhibitors’ Association Card (either collect a form from the cinema or go to www.ceacard.co.uk) and show it when you come to the cinema.
